By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms

Payment & fees

  • 100% payment upfront is required before I start working on your sketch. If the amount is over $60 USD, we can start with half (50%)

  • PayPal only.

  • Detailed backgrounds, armor, complex accessories +40%

  • 3 Characters or more +50% each

  • Private +15%

  • Emergency +30%

  • Commercial use +100%

Process

  • Clear visual references (character sheets, poses, expressions, palettes) are required for best results.

  • I'll send a preliminary sketch for approval. 5 FREE revisions at this stage (additional revisions will cost $10 USD each).

  • Once the sketch is approved, only minor color adjustments will be accepted. Major or structural changes during this phase will incur extra charges.

  • TAT: from 1 week to 6 months, depending on complexity and queue. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know.

Cancellations/refunds

  • 100% refund if work has not started.

  • 50% refund if cancelled during the sketch phase

  • No refunds once the sketch is approved or the piece is completed.

  • 100% refund if I must cancel due to personal circumstances.
